Dellavedova guarded Curry for a good amount of positions including crucial positions. Also, of course Klay would kill Dellavedova. It was a huge match up problem as Klay could literally take practice jumpers on him with ease. It's like putting Prigioni on Dirk. Too easy for him.

Come on. I agree that Delly is Bev v2.0 and not the kind of playmaking pg that Rockets are looking after. But Delly has had more than "a good game" in this playoffs season with Irving being in-and-out of rotation.

Delly might have just altered the complexion of this NBA Finals.

Rockets will be better off if Beverley resigns or if Lull decides to finally come and play in the NBA.

The problem is you are comparing the defense of Delly and the offense of Rivers.

Defense is more about demeanor and attitude. If you can do it and want to do it, you can almost always bring it on the court.

Offense is more related to touch, confidence, opponent's defense etc. Many players have inconsistent offense. For role players, a lot of times their offense is also up to whom they are being defended by.

He's a situational player that thrives when the opposing guard has a paint allergy.

Imagine what Bev could of done to slow down Curry or basically make him struggle to get to 20-30.

Let's sign Delly, Rivers, and Timofey.

You think the rockets are looked at as villains now. They might as well put the decepticon logo on their jerseys.
