Oh, you mean like the LeBron-less Heat, or the KD-less Thunder. Or any team that loses a top 5 player after building a roster and playbook around them? Oh, Wait! Fair observation. You mean TeH MoreyZ didn't reach their ultimate goal of getting eliminated in 5 games in the WCF? Oh, Wait! Excellent point. Because a 25 year old who has played 78, 73, and 82 games the last 3 years is generally a great bet to not be healthy. Oh, Wait! Another great point! I think the results kind of speak for themselves. When the Mavs beat us in the first round after Josh Smith, TJ, Brewer, and the rest of our rotation guys really sucked it up - following the losses of Bev and DMO - I figured more people would agree with you. Oh, Wait! Excellent close! Coffee is for you my friend! Since we got blown out in those first 2 games @ Oracle I really thought you would have an easy path to sell your stance. Oh, wait! Dude, wtf are you trying to prove? The Warriors were the "luckiest" team with health and overachieving role players all season. We finished second in the west with DH and TJ missing half the year, and with Bev and DMO missing a nice chunk of it. We had to overhaul rotations and defensive schemes on the fly as we dynamically reconstructed a roster with new, pivotal cogs. Your Troll game needs to step it up a few notches. #NotImpressed
Jackson is definitely their guy, but I don't think they'd give up Jennings for nothing (Papanikolaou). If he's there to even out salary salary and they can get something of actual value with that (some kind of future first round pick or Jones) then I think they'd do that.
This is funny. Bbhollics ego is so butthurt he just can't fathom the fact that Terrence Jones is part of the rotation of a team that didn't implode at the seams. The Rockets could have won the title this year but they still wouldn't be contenders because of some excuse. Dream2Clips you just became my new favorite posters.
Dwight has been in Houston all week. (Not that he could not have traveled to Vegas last night/today). [rQUOTEr]So far Howard has been seen wearing a giant orange foam cowboy hat at a Houston Astros game and taking in a night of WWE wrestling at the Toyota Center. On Friday he and has family went to the Houston to carouse with the animals and zoo staff were there to take photos and video of the visit. Howard, his family, and friends got the VIP experience at the zoo, feeding lettuce to giraffes, goat’s milk and meat to tigers, and checking out the new gorilla exhibit. The basketball star also happens to have two boa constrictors at home and on Friday night on the Animal Planet network he appears on an episode of the program “Tanked.” http://www.chron.com/sports/rockets...s-having-the-best-off-season-ever-6309968.php[/rQUOTEr] Dwight is a Houstonian at heart and I hope he retires a Rocket. <iframe width="854" height="510" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4lhJk29iAFM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="854" height="510" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/wJ2LKLzNDg4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-version="4" style=" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:658px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);"><div style="padding:8px;"> <div style=" background:#F8F8F8; line-height:0; margin-top:40px; padding:50% 0; text-align:center; width:100%;"> <div style=" background:url(data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAACwAAAAsCAMAAAApWqozAAAAGFBMVEUiIiI9PT0eHh4gIB4hIBkcHBwcHBwcHBydr+JQAAAACHRSTlMABA4YHyQsM5jtaMwAAADfSURBVDjL7ZVBEgMhCAQBAf//42xcNbpAqakcM0ftUmFAAIBE81IqBJdS3lS6zs3bIpB9WED3YYXFPmHRfT8sgyrCP1x8uEUxLMzNWElFOYCV6mHWWwMzdPEKHlhLw7NWJqkHc4uIZphavDzA2JPzUDsBZziNae2S6owH8xPmX8G7zzgKEOPUoYHvGz1TBCxMkd3kwNVbU0gKHkx+iZILf77IofhrY1nYFnB/lQPb79drWOyJVa/DAvg9B/rLB4cC+Nqgdz/TvBbBnr6GBReqn/nRmDgaQEej7WhonozjF+Y2I/fZou/qAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC); display:block; height:44px; margin:0 auto -44px; position:relative; top:-22px; width:44px;"></div></div> <p style=" margin:8px 0 0 0; padding:0 4px;"> <a href="https://instagram.com/p/3cmtnkKi1a/" style=" color:#000; font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; line-height:17px; text-decoration:none; word-wrap:break-word;" target="_top">#Repost @houstonrockets ・・・ Mayor Annise Parker welcomed Dwight Howard, Donatas Motiejunas and CEO Tad Brown at today's proclamation ceremony.</a></p> <p style=" color:#c9c8cd; font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:17px; margin-bottom:0; margin-top:8px; overflow:hidden; padding:8px 0 7px; text-align:center; text-overflow:ellipsis; white-space:nowrap;">A photo posted by Dwight Howard (@dwighthoward) on <time style=" font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; line-height:17px;" datetime="2015-06-03T00:30:43+00:00">Jun 2, 2015 at 5:30pm PDT</time></p></div></blockquote> <script async defer src="//platform.instagram.com/en_US/embeds.js"></script>
Jesus....there are two constants in this thread: 1. Cyberx giving us info and we analyze it 843 ways 2. Bballholic/Jopat getting that getting Ether treatment on a consistent basis
Do you realize we were the 3rd best team in the entire NBA??? One of the 2 above us play in the East, so they dont count. What part of being a top 3 team makes one not a contender?????
Yup you are correct. I got a text from a very close friend from Dallas who is there for a bachelors party. Said Harden KD, and Dwight were in the same bungalow with them having a table on the other side. Body guard told him that if they try to take pictures they would get kicked out. Trust him very much and he said it was Harden, Dwight, KD and. Euro player that would tell them who he was but just said he played with the trailblazers in the 90's
