Thibs would run our guys like an army and we would win it all this year.

Last time I checked, Lawrence Frank was white and sat on the Clips bench.

I think he's detrimental in running guys into the ground.

I would love him (back) as an assistant, not head coach.

JVG can get the band back together in New Orleans

Himself, Thibodeau, Andy Greer, Charlie Ward...

No Steve Clifford, Patrick Ewing or Mike Longabardi.

They only way the Rockets were getting thibs as an assistant was if they traded for him.

He won't be out of work long.

Great skills as a coach, developmental coach, defensive coach, first assistant and head coach. The guy has done it all.

I think Thibs needs to sit out a year or two.

    Idiot Bulls are Idiots.
Instead of trading him to the Pelicans and getting a tiny asset like a mid second but most importantly let them pay his salary they get nothing in return and pay him to sit at home and watch tv.
And knowing how cheapskate their owner is , it is a big deal.

For Head coaches. He's right, CP3 demands the head coach to be black.

And Thibs ain't becoming an assistant again. If he coaches it will be as head coach.

If JVG gets the NO job, will Thibs go work under him again?

You do know every team Thibs has been a part of the coaching staff for - have been at the top of league defensively?

    Rockets, Celtics, Bulls.

    That's no coincidence

Last time I checked, he used the Rockets as leverage to run Vinny del negro out for a black coach. How did that work out for him anyways???

I will be shocked. Maybe if he stays out a year and noone hires him...
Basketball is his life afterall, he has no family or personal life. Only coaching.

    The Knicks should hire him.
