It seems there's another hit for T-wolves. They're gonna get Jim Jackson........PLease CD and Les, sign Bryon Russell or any good hustle guy in order for us to have a deep bench.......I think what we have right now is not enough.

    Whats your source?

What the hell is up with the TWolves!?!?! They are going to be absolutely loaded.

Garnett, Kandiman, Spree, Wally, Sam, as starters. Jim Jackson and Troy Hudson off the bench. Their only weakness is that they dont have good backup big guys. They should be right there with the Lakers at the end of the season.

If true, this adds to the already real locker room 'concerns' for the Wolves to rival that of Lakers.

Rox fans need to hope for dissension out among the big boys because there appears to be a talent gap, otherwise.

We should wish for their "problem". Being too loaded is not something we need to worry about.
(uh, not in a basketball sense!)

We need to make a serious move... not for the sake of just making a move, but to stay within striking distance of the competition. Everyone seems to be getting better, except for a couple of teams like the Jazz. Even the Clips are doing things that would have seemed impossible a few weeks ago... spending money.

I believe Jackson's agent is using the Wolves to show value so that Sac will offer more than the Vet min.

Marc Jackson is a decent backup and they still have loren woods and drafted Ebi too who may be a steal. And with the Mad Dog hell i would not bet against them at all. I am happy that KG has gotten some decent talent around him finally now lets see what he does with it

I think Loren Woods is going to play overseas as he wore out his welcome in Minnesota. I can't remember where I saw this but I'm certain he won't play for the TWolves this year.

Marc Jackson was traded to the 76ers but they do have Earvin Johnson backing up Kandi. He's a very respectable defensive center and this is the ideal role for him. Ebi will not be ready this year. There are simply too many weaknesses in his game at this point.

Min has two of the most selfish players in the NBA in Wally and Sam.

I'd be surprised if they won more than 55 games.

this keeps getting said, but who is getting better except the big 5, who were already out of our league anyway and who all feel their title window is right now and are stacking up as much as possible to make a run?

phoenix has done nothing. seattle has done nothing except lose ollie (though that doesn't really matter). the jazz have fallen back. the warriors lost their pg arenas. memphis has posey, even though they already have a billion swingmen and posey is not a significant upgrade over almost any of them. the clips just signed back people who were already on their horrible team. and they lost their pg and center. denver is better, but they were the worst team in the league last year so i'll believe they're knocking us out of the playoffs when i see it. portland has done nothing and lost pippen.

so who that we are competing for the playoffs with has improved? no one. and we should naturally progress just like phoenix and/or memphis but we also got a new coach.

let the big boys gear up for their runs and let them burn out in a few years when we are ready to rise. shaq will be gone. spree and cassell aren't getting any younger. sacramento won't have webber (at least at a high level) much longer if he keeps getting injured. only dallas and SA seem to be young enough to hang around forever, with minny being there if kg is still there (though like i said his surrounding studs aren't all young). we don't need to compete at this point. be wise with our moves, only sign good contracts, and find the perfect role players for ming and francis along the way while we are gearing up for our championship window.

I think if they don't keep Jim Jackson, the Kings will kick themselves in the nuts. First they trade Hedo because they thought Jim Jackson was a better player...now if Jackson goes....who else they have on their bench?
