    LOL

Sorry, Lynus. I don't know about the effectiveness of B-12 in curing hangovers, but that was pretty funny.

Yes it is my time to eat crow. That is what I was looking for Lynus, some sort of explanation that B12 helps with a hangover and that it just wasn't a coincidence. Also I like how your source wasn't a Vitamin Retailer. You see I am just sick and tired of vitamin retailers touting vitamins as a snake oil for every ailment. Of course they are important for good health, but it seems like every time I talk to some GNC sales person they have a vitamin that in high doses cures everything.

I have heard that dehydration will cause you to lose B vitamins as they are water soluable, and taking a supplement will help you get back to normal levels, therefore replacing what was lost or needed. I just like to see people quoting reliable sources. That was perfect evidence for your case. Touche.

All of y'all can lick MY marbles.

Is the b-12 to be taken before, during, or after the drinking?

Has anyone ever tried putting sliced lemons on your armpits to help a hangover? I have, I couldn't tell you if it really works or not, but at least it's funny.

    Drink pickle juice.

People are different but it works well for me.

Thanks, LeG. See though, all I was originally doing was simply relating my personal experience. For the record, I try to eat something at the end of the night, and I also drink plenty of water. Rarely do I stray from beer, so I also follow the "stick to one drink" rule that others have touted, and I rarely drink when I have to be anywhere remotely early the next day, so I can be sure to get plenty of sleep. The B12 is the safety net. For me at least.

I only found that information because you were so opposed to what I was saying.

I take one 1-2 hours before I go out drinking and another when I come home. I take a One-a-Day multi, along with a few other supplements every day, but I only pop the extra B12 on drinking nights.

I took it after drinking last night. Drank lots of water and got about 8 hours of sleep. Lynus also made me eat something. Whatever it was, I'm all good today! :)
