40%+ 3pt shooter coming off a terrible year. He's a RFA (I think), but could he be had at a value given the unfortunate combination of injury and sub par performance this past year?

 

3 and D players plus a pg. Keep smith, tjones, dmo, and ariza (and bev but on the bench). We need consistency. Fill out the rest with 3 and D and a better point guard. We are so close! I think we can beat the east, just need to worry about the Clips and Warriors next year.

You don't find so good shooters with elite defence at age 23. He has one of the quickest releast in the league.
You can pretty much take him and put him in every single roster in the league and he will fit like a glove in all of them.
