Warriors are handing out "Strength in Numbers" shirts at TC

Ohhhhh.... well, that makes sense. I didn't notice a ton of them last night, but I commented to my friend at Game 3 that it was weird how many local GSW fans had managed to come up w/ those playoff shirts. I figured maybe they were hardcore enough to have had friends or family send them out here to them (and thought that was pretty dope and the kind of thing I would def do), but I now completely retract my respect. Ugh.

The rockets handed those copies out in our locker room. Folks were miffed but Smoove mentioned that it doesn't affect their prep as they ready for game 5.

 

I just saw an article that the Warriors also did this before game 3 and that Steph Curry even signed some of those.

If this get's to a game 6 don't be surprised to see them do this again at TC.

 

Yes, I do, I think you can find pockets of NBA fans everywhere, and there will be fans of players instead of teams.

You of all people should realize how important marketing is, didn't you guys do a Kickstarter - marketing everywhere is crucial.

"Strength in Numbers" in a sea of red shirts doesn't really resonate to me... but let them have their pee yellow shirts.

Why because I look at things from a little different perspective? Everyone's life experience changes their outlook.

I don't mind the Warriors doing what they want, same thing as not minding that Morey sends out MVP materials to the press.

Both would have been considered BUSH league back in the day, but today, not so much.
