I much prefer her natural look on the cover vs her normal overly made up look. That being said, I can't support #1 unless you have a womanly figure. She is beautiful, ethereal, and might look amazing naked... But she's not what would call hot/sexy. At least not top ten world wide.
Meh, Estella Warren,Jennifer Garner, Lindsey Lohan, Christina Aguilera, Rosie Huntington Whitely,and Miley freaking Cyrus have all been number one on these lists before. All of them are pretty, but hardly hottest women on the planet hot. I think Taylor Swift is more attractive than all of them. Plus she doesn't do the trashy, lowest common denominator crap that most pop stars do, and that is a big plus in my book, even if her body isn't anything special.
