    Anyone know why she changed her image? I thought it was just for that one video to make fun of ppl who dress up and dance around like that. But after seeing her at the NBA Finals, I'm guessing that's her new look.

    She can't dance, and this look makes her look cheap and very unattractive. I think she fixed her teeth too, didn't she?

    Seriously, I thought Jewel's image was great as it was.

    But somebody went and changed her from singer-songwriter of the 90's to a bad imitation of Christina Aguilara.

    Blue light specials are nothing new for K-Mart, but the 22nd st store hit new lows when the blue light lit up over this cheap by product of the 90's.

    I love that she changed her teeth.

    Dental work has gone a long way in the past 50 years but so many people feel like they need to look like Austin Powers.

    Of course now I cant call her Snaggletooth anymore, that sorta sad.

    This reminds me of a story from high school.

    Our high school had a tremendous drama department. One Friday they were opening up a new show...they decided to help publicize the event by having two of the key characters get up and sing one of the songs from the show.

    Ok..you have to know your audience. This is a group of high school kids at lunch on a Friday...not exactly the right audience for showtunes. So some of my jackass friends and I started tossing pennies and dimes, like they were sidewalk entertainers. Others started trying to sing along real loud and off-key. Basically, we were obnoxious jackass teenagers looking for any excuse to get a cheap laugh. Not my proudest moment.

    But the girl who was up there singing just stopped...and she shoots the bird at everyone in the lunchroom and very loudly says, "suck me, alright?" into the microphone. i thought i was going to pass out i was laughing so hard. she ran out, obviously very upset. but the entire lunchroom was on fire with laughter.

    awful story for the girl....and today i would never ever do that...and i would kick my kid's ass (not literally...chill out!!) if he thought about treating someone like that in school...but i still chuckle when I think about her doing that.

    and when i look at this picture...i think of that day...and i laugh.

    Hilarious, MM! "Suck me, alright?". Classic!

    When I was in Jr High, we had one of those "up with people" kind of bands come and play in our auditorium. The girl singer was singing along about the golden rule and all that other crap :D and jumping around the stage when one of her straps broke and her left boob popped out! She ran off the stage in the middle of the song and the rest of the band just looked around in confusion. We laughed our asses off! It was such a South Park moment.

    Good times.

    Jewel is so much hotter now that she fixed her teeth...

    A new image never hurt anyone...especially if she's that much hotter than before...;)
