I went to sleep when the rockets were down 20 in the 3rd. I see my phone and its blown up with texts and I see the rockets won. In general I will watch a game till the end even if the rockets are getting blown out. However some of us have things like jobs and other responsibilities. Why can't they just start the game at 8.30 or 9 instead of 9.40. If we get to WCF I hope we can petition the NBA for not having these last night starts.

Thanks to the NBA I got to miss maybe the best rockets game in the last 20+ years.

Sadly I have the same problems, living on the East coast and these start times. Thank God for Tivo though.

I'm not sure staying up for one game makes you a believer.

Just defending the OP. A lot of us Eastern Coasters sacrifice a lot of work time and sleep for Rockets games. I think we're all believers here...well...besides the obvious trolls.

I work 7-5 today. I worked 7-4 yesterday. I didn't sleep last night. Then again, I am a 30yr old working on a presentation I'll be giving at a national conference in two days. Who am I kidding: I wasn't going to sleep at all anyways. Go Rockets.

It sucks to be following this series from Eastern Time, that's for sure. I slept 4 hours last night.

I've never understood why they don't slot all the games at 6 and 8:30. These late games don't tip til almost 10.

Try being a Rockets fan living in Switzerland. Woke up @4:30.. finished the game and straight to work.

There are priorities, then there are priorities.

You bet there won't be late game like last night in the conference finals. There will be only one game a night with east and west conferences alternating every day.

They are not going to start a playoff game at 5:00-5:30PM western time on a weekday when everyone is just getting off of work and in traffic.

It sucks for east coast fans but theres no other way. What's the solution?

3:30 am. Finished the game, barely managed one hour of sleep and off to work. So glad I did, witnessed the greatest come back in Rockets history.

I'm in Atlanta in the eastern time zone and got three hours of sleep. Totally worth it
