Why not be excited- Everything I've read about Jeff Van Gundy and his staff tells me he demands discipline, execution, defense and team ball. It ought to be exciting to see how this team responds to the above expectations. If they buy in totally- excitement on the court If the players conflict with Van Gundy- excitement off the court.
Since we almost made the playoff's last year. This mind you with almost no coaching what-so-ever. I think that JVG will help us win at least 5 more games than we otherwise would have won. However the fact that the talent of the west seems to have gone up, and our pretty much stayed the same, that works against us. I say we make the playoff's but just barely. Still, the future looks somewhat better.
