    Yes because he's an Aussie, but No - he won't improve the team over Bev. (Unless Bev leaves or becomes too expensive and we can't get anyone else).

    Why settle on him? That Kyrie Irving guy is pretty good. Let's sign him.

    We can also get Rose to back him up. Good tandem there.

    And let's not stop with just PG. Get Kevin Love on this team. PF has been a weak position for the Rockets for too long.

    Top it off by signing LeBron. Don't forget Thibodeau.

    I'm guessing the people who say no (practically everyone) don't watch him.

    He is terrific on the ball defender. Something Beverley hasn't been in a long time.

    Plus he can set up an offense and can run the PnR great. How many times did he set up TT for an alley in heavy traffic this series?

    I agree with you OP. It wouldn't take long for him to start on this squad.

    It would actually be a nice PG rotation of him starting and Beverley going back to the role that made people love him. Not the overrated getting by on his name defense we've been accustomed to for a long time.
