Yup, more damage done in the 3rd. That's when he have started to get blown out.

You would figure coming out of the break and figuring adjustments and such we would be a bit better, but instead we come out flat both games and they just take over.

They just need to fight tonight. Give everything you've got, because you may be on vacation in the Caribbean tomorrow.

I rarely agree with anything Charles Barkley ever says, but he hit in right on the head the other night... The Rockets haven't competed in this series

I really want to believe they can get it done and win tonight and possibly the series but their body language and play is just pathetic. My brain knows better than my heart.

When we lose tonight lets try to not go into apoplectic tantrum mode and spam the GARM.

Depends. If they lose by 25+, should we not be upset?

I think this semi - small ball starting lineup, which has a chance to get some motion in our stagnant offense...and may jump-start our transition game since its basically non existent.

    Dwight(essentially need a wash) - DJ
    Ariza (fronting) - Blake Griffin
Harden (slight help for Blake) - Barnes
Brewer(need length to bother him) - JJ Reddick
Johnson(even in limited time, this dude understands how to guard the P&R decently) - CP3

    Bench:
Prigs(1) - let him run the show and orchestrate some sort of offense
Terry(2) - need him to play more of a shooting guard role
Jones(3) - he just needs to get big and redirect traffic from the perimeter into Josh and Clint
Smith(4) - He can focus on getting in the paint and playing back to the basket vs their bigs off the bench
Capella(5) - You need him to intimidate shots once a player gets past the first line of defense; and he has the speed to quickly get back to his man.

Basically scratch the intentional fouling crap, and let them do it to their hearts content. That being said, we must attack the paint as much as possible. That is totally the key to getting better open shots from the perimeter. See the ball drop from inside, and then work your way out. The Rockets can salvage one game before they make adjustments, but they MUST PLAY TEAM DEFENSE: Traps, communication off picks and attack screens.
    Capella(5)

I honestly want them to get blown out so that we have better chances of McHale being fired

Harden is a beast? Maybe if he goes to FT line. Other than that, no... He's not been the superstar everybody's expecting him to be.

I wish Harden shot 20+ times a game. I have no idea why he doesn't. He's only taken 20+ shots once this post season. He scored 42....

Harden's offense has been terrible. How many shots has he taken each game? 2 or 3? He's not attacking or looking for a shot at all. All I've seen him do is drive to the lane and flop before any contact is even made.

He is mentally checked out if he doesn't get the calls or can't get to the basket for some reason.

If someone told me that Reddick would be able to hold him in check this series, I would have laughed. But instead he deserves to be praised for the work he has done on him.

Yes Deandre is backing him up, but he needs to be aggressive and get involved.

Even if we win tonight it's fools gold in my eyes until they prove they can make some serious adjustments and limit their team offensively regardless of how we play. Not only have we not been able to play well on offense, our defense has been worse.

    Prove me wrong Rockets.

Call me selfish, but win or lose, i just want a dominant performance by Harden and Dwight.

    Leave nothing on the table

I'm tired of the Rockets getting an offensive foul called every time they drive the lane and Griffin jumps in front of them and flops over. I haven't seen a single time where he was actually set.

Please win. It's a matter of pride now. Just win. Even if the hope of winning the series is remote at this point.
