That's as good as money, sir. Those are I.O.U.'s. Go ahead and add it up, every cent's accounted for. Look, see this? That's a car. 275 thou. Might wanna hang onto that one. Just ask Charles and Le$.
Yes and then next offseason we should also add A.Davis and Westbrook. And after that Cousins and have Jordan as his back up off the bench.
Mchale has a least one more year. No way they terminate him after signing him to an extension. Next year will be his make it or break it year. Unfortunately myself and most other rockets fans believe he will break it, not make it.
lol, KD is always Daryl's dream and plan and at least cap allows all guys get their max. Beyond the dream of KD, D.Jordan and K.Love all reality shots. D.Jordan loves back home and K.Love is leaving Cleveland. We all know Daryl after Love since several years ago and he has good relationship with coach Mchale.
Dwight's been the best player in the playoffs for the Rockets 2 years in a row and people are wanting to dump him. Wow.

thanks for the update cyber...The real question would be...which of the two will still be with this team starting next year: Terrence Jones or Donatas Motiejunas?
Would be interesting to know who's decision that would be. Josh or team and I team how Dwight will take it.
C.R.E.A.M., he's made all of the right PR moves since joining the Rockets and he and Rondo will get paid 8-10 million in LA.
I am not at all surprised to hear that. Josh has had a good year with us, baring this disappointing series against the Clippers. He might look to join a team where he has a good chance of winning a championship. My guess is that he will join LeBron and Irving.
As in Smith will get offered more money elsewhere(and take it) or the Rockets don't want him back at any price? If it's the former, that's unfortunately the harsh reality of a salary cap. If it's the latter....uh, they must really be unhappy with his performance vs the Clippers cuz he was a solid bench player during the regular season and terrific against the Mavs.
Shouldn't really be a question really. Jones is easily replaceable and hasn't really progressed as a player since he's been drafted and DMo is really hard to replace. IMO they should just find someone to trade Jones to this off-season and pick up another athletic tweener forward, it would be like Jones never left.
Can the Rockets trade Jones if Smith doesn't return? They'll need to make sure they have a quality replacement at the 4 before doing so, but where will that come from? They have very little cap flexibility and I don't see them wanting to blow yet another first rounder on that position.
Shouldn't be too hard to find a Jones level replacement backup and you either trade him away now and get something for him or get nothing for him after next season is up when the Rockets don't offer him a contract.
