OP's points are very solid. As I said at the time, when the Rockets lost Beverly they lost any chance to make a mildly deep run.

These are professionals. Who are paid a ridiculous amount of money.

I didn't realise missing 2 players (not their superstars) was a fair excuse for the team to quit in two games now.

    Forgive me.

Thank goodness the rest of the teams in the Playoffs don't have this mentality - and I can watch competitive games.

Please don't play the injury card in this series. All of you would trade CP3 for DMo and Bev in a second.

And please don't act like we already lost.

It's like some of you are just making excuses for something that has not happened yet.

yeah. he's a scrub since he never made it to the finals. Jason Terry has a ring. So he's a better player and human being.

It seemed like most people on the board didn't expect a deep run out of the team in the first place. The team didn't seem to expect it either. We overachieved in the regular season and we still have some holes to fill.

I think we'll be legit but once we get another play maker behind the beard. This series hasn't surprised me at all.

Cavs making it 2-2 without Kevin Love.

Washington making it 2-1 without John Wall.

We have two stars on the floor every game and yet it's twice the Clips have blown us out.

I expected us to show up for game 1 at home against no Chris Paul.

And I expected us to show more pride.

But otherwise I agree with OP. I wanted the Spurs because A) I thought we could learn something from a Spurs series, and B) I expected this series to look basically like this series.

According to most of you, we were better off without Bev. How quickly you've changed your mind:rolleyes:

Have 2 in their prime Superstars & dig for excuses.

    The Wizards lost Wall.
