    If you are saying local TV as in antenna TV where you aren't paying, then no, the playoff games won't be on them.

    It's Root Sports and ESPN/TNT sometimes.

    I just found a revelation on how to stream games on the phone. Most phone internet browsers do not support flash! And flash is mainly whats used to power videos and live streams. All you have to do is download a browser that supports flash like ---> Boat Browser and then your streams will most likely play.

    hopefully this helps whoever been in my shoes

    I've found the best thing to do is go to NBAHD.com and look for live streaming. There will be many links there but be prepared to fight pop ups at the start.

    Past couple of games, beba.tv does it for me. As with other free streaming, it's a struggle against pop-ups at first, though. I'm also from the Philippines.

    Also NBA league pass has a free trial for a week.

    Or... google NBA streams reddit.
