I don't think so, although things are pretty dead right now. Did anybody else notice that Bobby Phills (New Orleans) is on the Real GM free agent list? He would be a free spirit on the Rocks, and there would be justification when they called phantom fouls on him.;)

You're wrong for that Bobby Phills comment...
One of the Free Agents I'd really like to see Houston go after is Donnell Harvey... He is still only 22, having left Florida after his freshman season. He'd be great insurance if we could get him for the right price, and he may prove to be the PF we could go with for the next ten years... he can jump out of the gym and although he is somewhat limited offensively, he fits what many on this board(including myself) consider to be our prototypical 4.

Since you are a newbie, I will be kind. The "wink" should have been a tip-off -- Bobby Phills was killed in a car crash several years ago while racing a teammate. Now, knowing that, please re-read my post.

I think, thumbs, he meant you're wrong as in ... morally, by making a dead person joke.

Edit- I thought it was funny:)

Ahhh, it's Sunday. Actually, douglasreedy1, you are right. It was in poor taste. I apologize. My only excuse is that I was stunned to see his name posted on a board created by people who should know these things.

Jim Jackson would be excelent for the Rox...as long as he doesn't cop an attitutde about touches. He was on his best behavior last year.

yeah, I knew he was dead, but thanks anyway. I guess you can't underestimate how uninformed some of the posters in here are... and I agree that a website like that should not let an oversight like that go... like you said, I just thought it was poor taste...
