Somebody said it best this reminds me of the Portland series from last year. It's like everyone knows we should win but it's just not happening.

Charles picked rockets to win. Rockets don't play well against the Clippers. Rockets don't play well on TNT. Triple whammy.

    This.
It is sink or swim time for this coaching staff and group of players.

Grow a pair and defend and protect the basketball.

How can Terrence Jones just fall off after having 3 good games to finish the Dallas series

he has no hard edge to him(except he yells after every dunk) he needs to get harder

It's 3 on 5 out there. Nothing has changed since the beginning of the season. People with an agenda to push or just plain homers started to claim the Rockets had a championship roster somewhere along the line.

The Rockets haven't shown any signs of being a championship team this season. They can still grow into one if they manage to pull out this series.

Ok, I just have to ask: Is Harden injured? There has not been a single word said about him in that regard, but for the last few games, he has completely stopped his spinning-step-back move (which puts a LOT of torque on the back) and he has almost totally stopped with his aggressive attacking of the basket.

Both, to me, look like symptoms of him being hurt, I am wondering if maybe he has hurt his back?

No, I am totally wrong, I have to be, but I just don't understand this complete change in his demeanor during the last few games.

Morey needs to get his GM pants on and seriously consider breaking this team up.

Keep Harden, Howard and some other guys (Capela, DMo, maybe McDaniels and Ariza for team friendly contracts), and clear the whole team.

Obviously, this team is not built to fit our status quo i.e. top 10 offense/defense with good three point shooting and smart play.

After the Mavs series, I was so ready to commit to this whole team but now, we cannot be great with poor shooters like Brewer, Smith, Jones and Beverley getting shots from Harden's drives.

We need to find some real shooting this off season. Doesn't have to be the next Ray Allen or Kyle Korver, but players that are consistently shooting 38% or greater from three. Trying to rely on players who had a season or two of great shooting is not going to work.

How about come up a series of plays that designed to stop the bleeding. MacFail does not have any go-to plays other than "let's try harder". What a BS coach!
