I hate to admit because they're in our division but the Grizzlies are a very likable team. **** the Warriors up baby!

Ever since the Mark Jackson "I'm an old school player/old school coach" thing, I've always seen Golden State as a villain. Happy to see the Griz tie the series.

Doesn't for me. At least GS just had a bad shooting night and they competed for 48 minutes.

The way the national media has been shining everything Golden State this season, one would think the Warriors fans would be better than that and not act like Heat fans...since as we all know, Heat fans are the only fans that leave an arena during a playoff game, prior to the game ending, while their team are losing.

What a huge win for the Grizzlies, good to at least see a team making it a competitive series with the Warriors.

That was not an 8 second violation, the ref blew the call. He clearly got it over before the clock hit 15.

that's true but i think they only call it when it hits 15 (at least they do in 2K)

No, it wouldn't. The displayed time is truncated and not rounded. The clock starts at 24.0 (and displays 24). Once it hits 16.0 (and displays 16) 8 seconds have passed. Only when the clock displays 15, the time remaining is less than 16 seconds (anywhere between 15.0 and 15.999...), i.e., it's an 8-second violation.

Warriors got their wake up call. Now let's see how they respond. I expect the Warriors to win game 3.

And GS beat MEM when Conley missed game 1. The Rockets got blown out in game 1 with Chris Paul missing.

And both are tied 1-1 and got their wakeup calls in different ways. Let's see what happens.

The Rockets didn't compete.... that won't always be the case.

If the Rockets had competed, like GS, and still lost... I'd feel far more worried about their ability to beat the Clippers.

I'm skipping through the game this morning and the way Lee and Conley were able to navigate screens and (seemingly) innately know where Curry was going to end up damn near brought me to nirvana.

Seriously, there is NO other team remaining that can afford to throw this many defenders at GSW. If Memphis cannot beat them, nobody will.

Funny that they never had a bad shooting night before. There is a reason they had a bad shooting night, its called Allen, Conley, Lee......You can shut down Klay Thompson. Curry is going to be Curry but shut the rest down. Klay had 2 bad shooting nights against a very injured Rockets team in the 4 games they won.
