I don't care either way. Rockets won't ever get credit. I didn't hear people giving the Jazz a pass in 08 with Rafer and Yao out. I didn't hear people giving LA a pass in 09 with Yao and Deke out. Same goes here. Talkers will talk, but if another team losses their star player, tough crap. Rockets are losing their key rotation guys too in Pat Bev and DMo.

Easiest target for him to mess with is Brewer and I predict he'll get into with Capela for some limited minutes. Just an all around A-Hole. League let's him get away crap all the time.

 

I did not see this posted earlier in the thread, so I wanted to post the officiating crew for tonight's game (via NBA.com - Referee Assignments):

L.A. Clippers @ Houston: Mike Callahan, Bill Spooner, Derrick Stafford, James Williams (as Alternate)

 

I been had hate for Matt Barnes. Total douche.

 

I saw him play against the Mavs in the playoffs as a GSW member along with Baron and S. Jackson when they upset the Mavs from the 8th seed spot.

He wasn't thuggish then, and he played quite well. Soon afterwards, he started getting into fights and he has gotten worse with his behavior.

I think he will try to get into it with Harden. McHale should warn the refs before the series starts that the Rockets aren't going to put up with any potential thuggish behavior from Barnes or any one else.

 

Mike Callahan refereed game 3 of the Mavs series. Harden got to the line for 7 FTs. Both teams were called for 28 fouls. Some of their fouls were from the Hacking, and we killed those FTs. Hopefully he's more generous with Harden tonight.

Come on McHale, Don't be a p***y and do it if needed. I have confidence in Josh and Dwight to shoot 50% + on FT's incase Doc wants to return the favor.

Also stand up to the refs.

it was embarrassing watching the Mavs get blatant call after call while McHale sat there shaking his head. Show some cojones, get a T if needed.

Will Chris Paul be ok with losing to a white coach?

 

Indeed. I saw him pull up and grab his hamstring in that game. He goes out to the dressing room and then returns and plays as if nothing had happened save for a very slight limp at times. I believe he tweaked his hamstring but did no significant damage and the rest is Doc trying to be cagey.

Our guys aren't DJ bad ... Dwight went 8 - 11 in one of the games against the mavs..

Smoove, Dwight and Capela can get into a groove... I don't think i've ever seen Jordan get into a groove.

I do like how McHale doesn't whine like a baby though... he keeps it classy compared to RC and Doc and all the other coaches crying the entire game.
