Weeks! I remember the first time I noticed his existence. I went to a game a couple years ago, maybe his first year, and had great seats only a couple rows up at midfield behind the Texans bench. I see this short, out of shape guy who couldn't possibly fit any position slappin five and cheering everyone on like a fan. My buddies and I were trying to figure out why he would possibly be on the sideline and came to the conclusion that he won a contest to hang out on the sideline with the team during the game. No sooner had we come to this conclusion when the guy puts on a helmet and runs out onto the field. Jonathan Weeks, Long Snapper. When he got back to the sideline my friends and I started yelling his name to get his attention and he turned and waved. Now he's my favorite (ironic) player.
Most analysts had him ranked as a ufa. This is not a very smart pick imo. Would've loved to see some O line depth here
It's late in the draft but these kinds of players are there as UDFAs. This is the time to take lineman projects or players who have slipped due to injury.
WOW .. did ya'll know the chargers have a HAMMER on their table ....like really who gives a crap .. slow draft when you've heard this mentioned 10 times
WR group is Hopkins | Strong | Shorts | Washington | Mumphery Whole group redone in an offseason. Wow.
I know his situation looks bad right now but from what all my friends who still reside in Baton Rouge have been saying is La'el isn't going to be charged with anything currently. I'd take the risk cause dude is a straight up beast
Really don't understand this pick? Can't we get good value on a TE, S or OL at this point? Even RB...
Damnit man. I wanted Bennett here. ****in wasted WR pick when we could of gotten this guy. Jags have a plan man.
If La'el Collins is there in the sixth I'm willing to give it a chance. If he's innocent we get a first round talent for the o line
This pick looks horrible. His main strengths according to draft evaluations are his character and leadership. You can't lead anyone if you can't perform. He had his playing time reduced as a senior...

The best thing about the NFL Draft is ESPN using "Move On Up" as it's theme song, albeit not the Curtis Mayfield version.
