If Wilfork has anything left in the tank teams are pretty much not going to be able to run on the Texans at all with Watt on one side, Clowney on the other (eventually), Wilfork plugging up the middle and Cush and McKinney chasing down whatever else gets by.
We need the stout front 7 with a bunch of weak run types in the secondary besides Kareem and Swearinger. I love the way the defense is built as a whole.
Defense is looking like it can be special this year. If the secondary can stay healthy and KJ can contribute in the slot right away, we're going to be tough to score on.
I don't think he's on the board at all, I'm not sure we'd bite in any round....especially if we were one of the teams he missed a meeting with.
If you're fine with getting a WR in the 5th, unless you trade back into the 4th. I think the Mickinney trade forces them to take a WR in the 3rd.
Do you even draft Randy G if he is available with the 82nd? Probably not wasting another pick on defense but the talent tho, kind of difficult to say no even with his outside of the field problems.
Give me Chris Conley in the next round and I'm ecstatic with this draft. That kid is a steal. Thrilled with the McKinney pick. I'm so excited for this defense next year. Quite possibly the best in the league, in my opinion.
That's the word, completely off the Texans board. Problems beyond weed, but the weed is a real problem.
