We're talking about emojis (EMOJIS!) less offensive than the average Animaniacs short... Just... just how do you casually make such an epic reach for an inappropriate comparison? Saw this guy signing a maximum contract with the Mavs Social Media group at the bar last night. He then proceeded to crush his iPhone in celebration.

I signed it. While I think the tweet wasn't in great taste (though funny), he certainly shouldn't have been fired and deserves a second chance--like everyone in life. I mean, his fireable offense is using emojis in a 'controversial' manner...he apologized and everyone should move on.

ok, just forget if you think it's about emojis. this debate is gone too far. For once I repeat, I did not get offended by this tweet. It does not matter if his tweet was offensive or not. whatever. What matters, part of the society finds it offensive based on their perspective and the PR manager should have known better.
