I just watched all the episodes this weekend and I must say, this show is freaking awesome.

Dinesh is my favorite character followed by probably Donald

Lol at the results that popped up when they googled "Russ Hanneman". Small things like that make the show great.

I can't figure out why Russ is ignoring Erlich so much.

I agree. It would've been awesome if Russ replaced Gregory IMO. I but I think they had the general scripted already in mine before-hand. They were somewhat "forced" to go with the lady "Gregory" route. This is kinda unfortunate as she's not very good.

I tend to agree. In an interview when coming into the role she said the character was similar to Gregory 'but with a twist'. Is the twist acting that makes me want to change the channel?

I disagree, she is a work savant, devoid of any humanness. Her calculations are only about the bottom line, not the people, i.e. capitalism.
A lot of people with psychopathic tendencies do well in business.

    They've got Cuban nailed though.

yup, cuban started broadcast.com which put radio broadcasts of sporting events on the internet and sold it to yahoo during the tech bubble.

i think it's just to show how poor his judgement is.

In no particular order, my favorites are Urlich, Dinesh, and Jared.

Although props to Gilfolye for banging the AT&T chick.

It's how the new alpha dog diminishes the influence old alpha dog had. Russ is taking over the group where Erichs only contribution was "leader", if he's not leading he has no role. If Russ doesn't even acknowledge him he doesn't appear to be the group leader. Russ assumes control dictates the agenda by making the old leader irrelevant.

Just caught up last night. I watched it twice just to watch more of Russ Hanneman. Holy ****, the show did just get much better. That character has so much potential it's genius.

Show has been on a serious roll this season, even better than the first season.

I need one hour episodes...its a constant tease to wait one week, then get a 30 minute dose, followed with another one week wait.

It's truly a great show and anyone that's in this thread that hasnt watched any, please do so immediately.
