I hope we blow them out tomorrow and then go all "business as usual". No celebrating when it's over or reacting to their cheap fouls when they know, really know they are done. Just smash them like we should, saying some PC and insincere BS about them in the press conference and then forget about them.
2005 still hurts me how that series ended, with how much success dallas has had againist us over the years, they cant just allow the torch to be passed without thuggin it up on the court. rockets are averaging more FTs, because mavs have done the hack-a-Howard/Smith/Capela, at least 3 or 4 times per game.
We are 2nd seed and they are 7th. They will use every way possible to beat us, simply because we are the better team.
Must be new fans that don't know the pain of losing a series because of Cuban's theatrics and whinging... I am passionate about my Rockets and can't stand to see our guys T'd up for yelling 'Where was the foul ref?'...Then Dirk gets away with this. Doesn't worry me. I love my team. Last year devastated me, with the Refs stealing a series away from us...but we received 2 Apology Letters, so I guess that makes it feel better. Go Rockets!!!
It is the playoffs ... you don't really have to chill. I don't watch the games in public very often because I scream at the TV too much. I lost it in the 2nd quarter game 4 and I felt like the dad on A Christmas Story.
I would make so much fun of a fan of another team if they complained about one of our players spitting.
Why would one expect the Rockets to not celebrate clinching a series? That's one of the dumbest things I've read.
