I'm not sure which forum this should be in. Anyhow, I'm looking through Rockets.com to find links to buy new logo gear and I come across a desktop wallpaper design for the new logo. http://www.nba.com/media/rockets/03logo_1024x768.jpg Now, it's not horrible work, but I just can't help thinking that why in the hell does the Rockets organization not employ Rocketteer (one of our best BBS members)? I can't find links to his work, but I'm using his desktop wallpaper right now and his designs and layouts emit art and professionalism compared to the work of Lisa Anders of the Houston Rockets. I do not mean to offend or criticize the work of the Rockets.com staffers, but I'm just saying that Rocketteer is so much better and he has always come up with designs/wallpapers/uniforms that so many Rockets Fans here on the BBS love. Just my thoughts.
I tried it on my desktop and it looked like I have something to do with those Russian revolutionists.
Maybe there needs to be an rocket art forum? but then Clutch and the rest of the gang don't need anymore work..
When the logo first came out I posted on here that the logo looked awsome on that web site. I have had it on my wallpaper since the day they introduced the sign. Old news patna~!
