    I want the clips if they go 7 with the spurs, they like us have never proven the current team can go that far and with no depth the starters will log 40+ minutes in 7 games before we face them if we face them. still a long way to go for us

    Hopefully the series goes 7 games with the Spurs clinching in quintuple overtime and Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili averaging 40 minutes per.

    Seriously?? Why can't we talk about round 2?

    Try to remember, guys: We are the FANS. We're not the players or the coach. We don't have to worry about being overconfident or pissing off the opponent. Nothing we say here will have any actual impact on the games themselves.

    Pros to playing Clippers: awful bench, hack-a-DeAndre (although that's a 'con' for viewing purposes)

    Cons to playing Clippers: Chris Paul would have a field day against Terry and Prig, Jamal Crawford cancels out Corey Brewer as far as energetic bench playmaker. Blake vs. TJones...

    Pros to playing Spurs: They have a few mild injuries, Old?, Howard would dominate

    Cons to playing Spurs: Leonard on Harden, Coach Pop, championship pedigree

    Even with home-court, I don't think the Rockets would be a favorite to either team.
    Let's just focus on getting two more wins against the Mavs and then we can welcome Clips/Spurs into Toyota Center! Go Rockets!

    Seriously. We haven't done squat yet. We did what we were supposed to do, win our games at home. The playoffs really do begin on Friday, we have to take games at their home to really have done something.

    You think they are just going to lay over and give up?

    is it really that hard to wait? If you wait HOPEFULLY a few more days then everyone will be happy to talk about round 2. As it is now, this is still round 1, we still have 2 games to go.

    Things can happen. Dirk could go into some amazing form, the Rockets could start to choke, someone could get hurt, the Mavs could win a close game and then game two Howard could get into a fight and get ejected for game 4 taking the series back to houston 2-2...

    Just chill...wait...
