In the United States? I don't see it. Do you have "tailored trends" on? I don't think the Astros score will ever be trending.

The Astros closer is unable to pitch dur to a recently high work load...

We haven't had that problem in recent years :)

Just can't get enough of this

Let's get that sweep tomorrow! Love those late inning bats. My favorite part of the game, though, was my Rocket watching buddies that decided to flip it over to the Astros and see their hometown team win. Here's to hoping the Astros can help fuel the Houston fan hometown fire and interest!

Also... Jake Marisnick is one bad mudda. The fact that Altuve can have three straight plate appearances with the bases loaded means that the bottom of the order is doing their job and then some. Grossman and Marwin (both great subs by Hinch) deserve credit but Jake has done it night in and night out.

Lastly... Qualls and Neshek and made me wonder... just when I thought they might be the weak links with the emergence of Harris and Sipp being Sipp...

It is a fun time to be an Astro fan.

Now we're padding our division lead

McHugh really wasn't sharp, but like the beast he is he battled through 7. After 5 years of doggedly sticking with this project, this feels particularly gratifying.

Love that they were able to get those late runs for McHugh.

    Eleven straight wins for him.

Hopefully the middle of the lineup can get it going vs. JA Happ today.

It feels so weird to be in first place, because it feels like this team has been struggling (which is true of half the offense), but our pitching has been stellar.

2 nights in a row with a come from behind win. I'm not used to this! Great to see Carter come through with a little base hit RBI. He put a nice easy swing on that ball to get it in play...hope this springboards him into a nice little streak.

Was a little nervous when Qualls came in but he was money for the save.

I love the fact that a guy who has posted an ERA of 3.00 over the last 3 years is now what passes for somebody that makes us nervous.
