i knew this would be a close game and i knew mo would kick our butts again. looks like nick was right with the non-passing and the ISOs. why do you guys do it so much? raef was HUGE with the 3 as was lenard (underrated!). dice seemed invisable. francis-nick was a good matchup til late in the game. big possession on both ends. i think its clear our teams are really close. next time in houston the game might go your way. good luck the rest of the year (zrb; do we still suck??? ) ------------------ the nuggets suck...i know, i know!
Yeah good game it was. Denver has some really underrated players. NBA needs to watch out for this team, I think they are tougher than the mavs. The nuggets have every position packed with good players. I love Rockets vs Nuggets. They always have close and entertaining games. Rockets I think blew this one away , they could of had a chance but denver just proved they are right now the hottest team. No, my foot is in my mouth now. I have never seen a team drill so many threes. I tell you it seems like you guys scored on every posession. You have proven me wrong. Denver IS a playoff team. The Rockets are headed for the 13th pick. Still, the Rockets played a lousy game. They just played like crap in every department. Some of the worst defense of the year. But here is what separates the Nuggets from the Rockets. They took advantage of it. So often the Rockets will catch a team playing their worst ball, and will still lose. The Rockets can't take advantage of bad teams or teams playing bad at the time. (see Utah ending 5 game streak on Houston's home floor) Good play by the Nuggets. Unfortunately Nick was not right in his assumption because 1) The Rockets kept it close and was in the game with that offense with 41 seconds to go. It took Bullard not getting back to his man and a wide-open shot that most players can hit and Steve's foul on Nick was a turnaround as well 2) He said they can't do it all season and make it. Well I think the season needs to complete before we know if he is right. And Cuttino going 5 of 20 didnt help either. I hate it when he settles for the jump shot when he get to the rim anytime he wants. I will agree though that the Nuggets are on a roll but I will wait until I see what happens with them on the road for 10 of the next 15. i think nick was right in terms of the assists and too many ISOs. 18 assists on 40 fgs for houston. 30 assists on 35 fgs for denver. ------------------ the nuggets suck...i know, i know!
