    I do think the Spurs game will be close in the end, I just hope the Pelicans have built up enough of a lead to withstand the charge. Guess I'll tune into that one if the Rockets game stays a blowout into the 4th!

    I hope the Rockets aren't even looking at the scores. Don't need them to come out flat thinking the Pelicans will take care of the Spurs.

    It wouldn't matter even if the Pelicans did beat the Spurs if the Rockets don't win this game.

    IF pelicans can pull this game, I m suddenly rooting for Memphis, so $&&! spurs end up with 6th seed. :grin:

    If the Pelicans can get it back up to 20 with less than 6 minutes to go in the 3rd, I think Pop may let go. No point in pushing hard and risking injury. They aren't worried about home court. They feel like they can win anywhere.

    Well, we were down by 9 or 11 points at one point in the 3rd when we last played Pels and came back to almost blow them out with 4 min to go in the game.
    OTOH, Pels are playing for life at home.

    Nah we want, Mem to lose, so spurs get 5th and can play gsw in the 2nd round instead of us.
