Lin's dedicated thread on LG, where he actually plays, is filling up with posters saying goodbye to LA, which has gotten the thread up to 451 pages. This thread here in Rockets land is now 444 pages. That's quite odd.
Nice, thank for the long rant...I usually get one liners or attempt at zingers. Anywho, have you ever heard the saying Don't let the actions of a few determine the way you feel about an entire group? No matter which angle you come at it, when you throw out blanket statements, it makes any logic you might have, null. And about fans being annoying, it a two way street when it come to talk about Jeremy Lin. When you say **** on everyone else and create chaos...to me that's the haters here, and they know who they are. Any time someone say something that might lean in favor of Jeremy Lin...in two seconds, a hater will call them a Lin fanatic or delusional. Another funny thing is that when Jeremy was traded away, everyone was like, bye, see ya, good ridden....two years later, 8000,000 views, 445 pages later, here we are...same shyt different day. Before the season started, Lin fanatics told us how awesome Lin would be on the Lakers, now that he wouldnt have harden, Bev, and McHale holding him back. I mean why wouldnt he be? Lakers were a lottery team. Nash was down. Lin as given a starting job on a bad team. It was his contract year. Perfect opportunity to shine in his contract year. Well, season is now over and Lakers are saying that they will evaluate weather Lin will be in thier re-building plan after what happens in free agency, draft, etc. You would think that a team as bad as Lakers would be looking forward to locking Lin up. Instead, they are saying that if nothing works out for them, then they will give Lin a second look. How embarrassing!!! And that my friends, is the final verdict on how awesome Jeremy Lin has NOT been this season when he did not have McHale, Harden, and Bev holding him back.
Err... Lin himself called his fans annoying. He's not on the team yet you still post here and only in this thread. So it's fairly clear you're simply here to be annoying. Seek help for yourself.

But but but the Lin fans all of them being idiotic and delusional told us that: 1. Rockets will miss Lin big time and will miss the playoffs. Rockets will be a worse team without Lin just like NYC. 2. Lin is in a better place away from Harden, Bev and McHale and will get to start alongside an all time great like Kobe not a jealous manufactured guy like Harden and show his potential. 3. Consequently Lakers will make the playoffs led by Lin and Kobe and Rockets will miss out. And here we are: The Rockets have a 56-26 record and the #2 seed in the WCF and SW division champions. All while facing injury after injury to our big men and our starting PG. Lakers are sitting at home with one of the worst records in the NBA and in their history and will be watching the playoffs on TV. Lin having a miserable season being outplayed and his starting spot stolen first by career journeyman scrub Price and then 2nd round rookie in Clarkson. Eventually having his minutes eaten by D league scrubs like Jabari Brown and Dwight Buycks LOL at all these inane fools living vicariously through a mediocre at best player. Like I said, Lin was always addition by subtraction. The guy contributes close to nothing on the basketball court and can never be trusted come playoff time. He will either fake injury to avoid embarrassment or cost games with turnovers and boneheaded decision making testament of his very low bball IQ
Apparently the predecessor of that thread was locked up due to too much poop slinging (sounds familiar?), so technically their Lin thread was a loooooot longer than that.
Very accurate assessment. Hard to argue against anything you pointed out. This was a very very humbling season for Lin fanatics but one thing I learned about them is that, they never learn. Which is why they are the most idiotic fanbase in all of sports.
