Considering what Minny and other teams have done to better themselves this offseason, while the Rox do nothing...

Is it time for a new GM?

You don't just make trades happen, you need to have something others want, not to mention, did we really want the guys that the T-Wolves have gotten? Why would we need Kandi when we have Ming? Why would we want Sam I am when we have Steve? Why would we want Spree when we have Cat? Take a step back, let the shock and awe of these trades wear off, then examine the trades. You will see why the teams that made the moves they did were able to and why we aren't in the best position.

Of course, you could lay the blame in past contracts that are hurting us right now.

CD knows what he is doing. He is giving JVG time to judge the players around him first before he makes any decisions. Rockets will make a trade by the all-star break.

This is the classic overreaction thread.

We got a new freakin coach...what else do you want? We're loaded with talent, lets give JVG a chance to work with it. He might be the major difference maker.

If you start making trades, it better be damn obvious that it is an upgrade. Otherwise you are risking taking a step backwards. Problem is the other teams have the same approach. Hell, even the Clips finally figured out that it is easier to retain your talent than draft/trade.

Btw, Rox can still match and they probably will find a way.

If you don't pick the 3rd option, then you suck haha....Seriously though, CD has been runnin the organization a long time and he always gets good players through free agency and trades. We have the best franchise in the world, have faith, believe and it will all come together, stop guessing every damn thing the organization does.

Sure heads should roll - those belonging to Les Alexander and his merry band of "HellHole" Yankees.

Folks PLEASE! It's OK! The Rockets weren't going to contend this year anyway. CD, Les and JVG are in this for the long haul...

I think if I was Les this would be considered. The contracts with Mo, Mooch, Cato, Rice so on makes this team not able to make anymoves.his team is not loaded with talent. The bench is weak. Houston we have a problem.

Ok. The Rockets have missed the playoffs years straight. The only reason the Rockets have their 2 best players is luck. Lucky Franchise wouldn't play for the Grizz and LUCKY the balls bounced the Rox way to get Yao. Someone please let me know why you think CD should continue to be our guy rather than just saying "give him time". He knows what he's doing.
