I liked the jumper over Westbrook the most. Harden was just toying with him!

Everytime I watch Harden this season I thank the stars he was the guy Presti traded away instead of WB. Not only is he a better team player playing a rarer position (ton of good pgs, lack of amazing SGs), he's also a much better interview. Yeah I know, giving good media sound bites isn't exactly the most important criteria, but as a fan it really makes stuff better if your team's star player doesn't act like the media is out to get them. This is something I appreciate with both Dwight and Harden, both guys are always good interviews and say the right stuff...after years of Tmac's foot-in-mouth antics this is like a breathe of fresh air.

Plus, it shows that these 2 guys are keeping it real, at the end of the day they are entertainers and need the media to enhance the entertainment they give to people. I always sick up when I hear about WB's fake tough guy act on the media, he doesn't have a problem using the media to take $$$ from footlocker but he's too good to give proper interviews after games? b**** please

its funny because Hubie said early in the game the Rockets were doing well despite Harden only having 8 pts. But there wasn't a doubt in my mind Harden would have 30-40 by the 4th. It's obvious who watches the Rockets and who doesnt

If harden preforms like this against the spurs the next two games. and we win. It might swing the MVP to him , in the eyes of media. considering the the warriors are getting embarrassed right now by them.

They shut down GS tonight. If Harden can somehow beat the spurs, there should be no question as to who the MVP is.

I love watching Harden take down opposing defenders. He is just so manipulative and deliberate about it. A jab step here, a cross over there, a hesitation step for good measure and than BAM drive past you or step back for a jumper in your face.

Loved when he capitalized nailing that open 3 after Waiters backed off and pointed to Singler to cover him, I saw it right away. You can't make any defensive mistakes around him.

Yeah, too bad other fans outside of Rockets can't see past the high number of rightly earned FT's to appreciate his offensive brilliance. Dude just makes others look absolutely silly when he pounces on a split second of defensive lapse or loss of balance.

He's had tons games of 39 and 38 points that could have easily been 40 point night if he made a free throw or a shot. Heck some of his early 40 point night could have easily been 50 point nights if he didn't sit out the rest of the game (Thinking of that Portland blowout)

He is the best Rocket player since Hakeem, no disrespect to TMac or Yao. At times he is Jordanesque; got a ways to go before serious Jordan comparisons, like several rings, but he is very special. The Rocket's future appears bright.

The reason our game-calling and rotations have been better--notice McHale conferring with JB and Finch in the endgame as the players walk back for a timeout?

I always think about this. Of course, at that moment in time, trading Westbrook was completely off the table but I would have considered it. To me, Harden was the guy that made the Thunder roll. KD and WB were great but Harden was the difference maker when they went against teams like the Mavs and Spurs. Out of the three, Harden was the only one who doesn't mind being the passer.

And I think Presti could have gotten a much bigger package for a Westbrook trade. There were rumors that a possible Rondo for WB scenario was in play before Rondo tore his ACL. Rondo wasn't making max money so the could have had Harden with Ibaka, KD and Perkins while staying clear of the tax.

    Rondo
    Harden
    KD
    Ibaka
    Perkins

    Pretty good. lol

Halfway through the season I was a supporter of the idea Harden has to do it for another year or so before he can be better than Houston-TMac. Out of the 6 years Tracy was with us, he had 5 good to amazing seasons, no way Harden could match that in 3 years.

But what's Harden has done since then has totally changed that for me. He has surpassed Cylde, Yao and now Tracy, in my book. He only has to pass the Big E, Moses and the Dream. Scary thing is that I think he has a real shot at passing everyone when it's all said and done.

Westbrooks style is just so electric. He jumps crazy high and just violently attacks the rims. However he is very inefficient at times. Today was one of those days where he was out of control early.

James game isn't flashy. He is very efficient.

But today both players were incredible. What a great game to watch.

I like how his confidence is through the roof. Just the right time going into the playoffs.
