    That would actually be preferable if the Rockets had to lose one of the next two games. You wanna beat the division opponent.

    Of course, we're still depending on Memphis to lose at home to New Orleans next Wednesday unless we somehow win at Dallas, at San Antonio, home against San Antonio, and home against New Orleans. And BTW, the NBA schedulers really screwed us. New Orleans travels to Memphis after taking on the Warriors at home the night before(while the Grizzlies get to rest).

    Since this is the match up everybody wants the Rockets to have in the first round I bet the Mavs win just to show people be careful what you ask for

    I have yet to bash the rockets or say mavs are superior etc. I do enjoy both teams but the Mavs are who I grew up with and if people would like to give me "crap" its all good lol. I came for friendly banter and discussion.....hell if we were better im sure we would be 3rd seed and u 7th but look at the standings

    Dallas ESPN Radio: Mavs should tank this game so it helps Mavs meet Rockets in the first round.

    "Cause we want to avoid Memphis. We have 50% chance to beat Rockets, 30% or lower to beat Memphis...."

    The Mavs have been a sinking ship since picking up Rondo. How is he playing so terribly? Judging from his free throws he is either injured or his confidence is gone. The Rockets would destroy the Mavs in the playoffs. Who cares if Rondo can defend? He can't guard Harden and we don't have a PG. Your only hope is matching up with the Blazers. I hope Cuban gives him a max deal and lets Ellis walk just for the humor of watching the team attempt to score next season.

    Oh and that Parsons deal.

    Actually, Dallas should rest key guys like Monta because they're all but guaranteed to be the 7th seed now. They have nothing to play for tonight besides bragging rights.

    This might be a game where both teams would prefer a Rockets win. Both teams want to see each other in the playoffs, and that becomes more likely if we win tonight.

    105.3 The Fan in Dallas is just the worst; saying our team is a disgrace because of the flopping and our GM and team should be embarrassed, citing Harden's FT attempts. What a joke
