Listen to "Sports net Live", they actually said Lin has been the MOST consistent Lakers' player after the ASG break and has been playing a very complete and well-schooled game. 3/24/15 http://youtu.be/qidRn32dffw
can you go away? We're not hear for constructive discussion Jamison and Worthy are LOFs obviously didn't even have a meme attached
I was wrong when I said earlier than Kelly was right there with Lin in the +/- department. I apologize. Kelly actually ended up with -13 for the game. Jeremy Lin on the other hand with the team low of -20. Ouch. You know things didn't go your way when Dion Waiters ended up with 10-16 form the field and +20. Double Ouch.
That's like saying "She is the hottest girl that never got invited to the prom." Let's take a look.... Yeah. Consistent. As in consistently inconsistent. Also, I guess when you have as bad as first half of the season as he had, any improvement will look "complete and well-schooled" on a team full of rejects.
was never the biggest lin fan when he was here but honestly, he will continue to be a shaky starting PG until he learns how to handle the rock better. Screw shooting and everything else, all he really needs to work on is not picking up his dribble and not getting scared by heavy man pressure. It's the reason why no playoff bound team could ever trust him to handle the ball...
...and therein lies the problem. Can ball-handling really be fixed at this stage of his career? Can his poor decision making be fixed at this stage of his career? Just an example. Last night, his opening play was saving the ball out of bounds and throwing it right towards his own basket. Kanter says thank you and dunks it. You never ever save a ball towards your own basket. These are the kind of fundamental things that you are taught very early on. Yet he keeps making this kind of boneheaded plays and turnovers. Shooting one can work on. Even defense one can work on. But poor ball handling and poor decision making will always stay with him. Add his inconsistency to those two things and he will always be unreliable player.
you guys should all meet in person and argue i feel like yall would realize your similarities and become good friends lol
So you're not going to wash my car then?? You need to learn your terminology. There are no LOH's around, it is impossible, because this bbs is not Lin's, so one cannot come here to be a Lin hater. There are LOFH's in abundance, and justifiably so after the years of hopeless basketball drivel we suffered. Make another 10 posts in a row, but you are still a massive fail!
Here are all of Westbrook's points. Tell me how many times he needed a screen to score. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/fixWpfMnkuA" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Lin was given screens in the second half. In fact, he ignored a screen before he was pulled five minutes into the fourth quarter for doing jack****.
Byron Scott: Jeremy Lin Is Definitely An NBA Player http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/237164/Byron-Scott-Jeremy-Lin-Is-Definitely-An-NBA-Player Jeremy Lin has played well for the Los Angeles Lakers since the All-Star break, averaging 14 points, five assists and three rebounds per game. Lin also ranks 18th in PER since the break at 22.2. (note: He ranks 31th in active PIE (> 5 gp) since the break at 14.5.) Many don't expect Lin to re-sign with the Lakers, but Byron Scott doesn't think it should be ruled out. “He’s had his ups and downs this year,” Scott said of Lin, “but he’s definitely an NBA player. We all know that. It’s just a matter of what happens in the draft and everything else that determines what we’re going to do with the free agent market.” Bill Oram/Orange County Register
Still other elite pgs get an adverage of more screens ( help ) from their bigs and Westbrook was getting tons of them. I don't know why Byron doesn't incorporate them? He is so old school.
But I can agree Westbrook is in a class by himself and does need so much help from the bigs to score like other elite pgs.
LOF exposed. Well done Zboy. Rule #1 in internet trolling is that your moniker cannot be linked to you IRL. Might as well go all in with king1 on closing this account next time. Ayeeee
ESPN NBA Insider - NBA personnel rank top 30 point guards - NBA executives, coaches and players weigh in on the great PG debate http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/12546025/nba-top-30-point-guards-nba Beverley - 26 Lin - Don't know where. All I know is not in the top 30. They are all rashists, not only McFail and Maury but everyone who raned the PG's want to marginalize Lin.
