You said it earlier in this thread that Lakers are not tanking. I'll bring up your old quote just to remind you :
hahaha ****. but srs awkward moment when Lin has 3x more blocks than Boozer for the season cant believe this dude used to terrorise yao
*zboy takes out his Lin diss encyclopedia, goes to section 49, 'how to humiliate Lin when he scores 29 points'
Allow me to use yet another one of Lin fanatic's logic against them.... First of all, Jeremy Lin was not even a starter. Lin had to surrender it to Beverley. Second, Jeremy this season against Beverley.... 4-19 from he field over three games. Which leads us to.... Didn't some of you guys want Lin to start over Beverley when they were both here? LOL *My predicate actually passes the test because as opposed to Lin and Canaan, Beverley was actually starting over him.*
Take a rest zboy. Come back next time when Jerry has a bad game. You're making yourself look like a fool, as usual.
Rockets made the right choice. Lock down Bev > Ish Smith > Caanan > Jeremy Lin. Bev gonna be the key to the playoffs! Go Roxxx
Lin won a game in which the 76er's wanted to lose... badly. Although, still a nice showing. No hesitation, looked for the attack and got some assists when guys cheated or over helped. That's how Lin should be looking to get his assists. He should be aggressive, always looking to shoot. No jump passes, no trying to set up plays, he should look to score and when an extra defender wants to stop him, he should have the knowledge to dish it without having to jump up in the air with no where else to go and have it picked off. Lin CAN be an efficient guy. Lin CAN be a good scorer. Lin CAN get some nice assists. BUT, He is NOT consistent. He is NOT someone that can be relied on to get his number day in and day out. He is NOT a guy whose going to demand the ball during crunch time. Lin is what he is. A scoring guard, limited defensive capabilities (although he tries), with a basketball noggin that is screwed too tight that sometimes it doesn't want to turn. Good ball though Lin, keep playin and get yourself that 4 million contract/year.
lol... He was not serious about becoming a Rocket anyway. Melo just wanted to experience the FA. Rockets was not one of his options and never would be. BTW I would blame Morey for not knowing how to respect his "assets". There is a bottom-line there.
He would always jump to pass against strong defense. He has his physical limitations as an athletic PG. BTW, Vasquez is getting 6.5 mil. Livingston is getting 5 mil. Do you think Lin is worse than both of those?
PART II anyone? <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Gt5Y81T5lmQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Just saw box score, came to this thread, came, was not disappointed Continue the fruitful discussion please both sides
Nothing new here. I called it way back when I said Lin would put up big numbers against pathetic, blatantly tanking teams like the 76ers while playing pussified, cowardly basketball against the better teams who turn up the heat. When nothing is at stake against teams deliberately trying to lose, Lin comes out looking good. Against playoff teams he is back to the low IQ, mental midget, low end play.
