    I laughed too, but Morey has to admit, the team needs another quality player or two right now. 3 game losing streak is serious stuff this close to end of season. Rockets have not been good at finishing the season strong.

    Well part of his job is recruiting... So for him to take a short piece of his day to have his players back's publicly... I think is smrt. Better for potential free agents to consider Houston to be a place where they'll be supported publicly for stuff like all star and other individual awards.

    Warriors claim there's no campaign for curry to win MVP when every second ad break Jamie Foxx proclaims steph as the best player in the league and the MVP in an attempt to sell some ugly shoes. Riiiiggghht...

    Nice attempt at spin control by Kerr... Except Morey already on the radio said earlier he wasn't aware of what Kerr said. The truth is that Steve "Chinaman" Kerr has a big mouth.

    I don't know. I think it's totally conceivable that the roles were reversed: Kerr campaigning Curry's MVP and Morey making a tongue in cheek jab at focusing on winning as a team.

    In fairness, he's saying that he "hopes" Draymond wins DPOY, not arguing that he should win DPOY. A subtle, but important difference.
