I hate hanging around the likes of you! :)

I wonder if you have the mental capability to explain Yao's stat last year considering that he practiced against those same 5-9 guys all those years before last.

I was just doing some people a favor. :) I mean why stop at Yao not progressing in China, regression sounds more cool.

This crap about training in China is ridiculous. If Yao has a FULL training camp with the team this year, he will have just as much experience with JVG's offense as the rest of the team.
Most professional athletes train alone in the offseason anyway, but that hasn't hampered Jerry Rice, Nomar or Kobe.
Yao proved definitively last year that when he was playing well, he was a DOMINATING force. Problem was, he was so tired and physically beaten, he hardly ever was at full strength for entire games.
His only focus until camp should be working out like a maniac to add upper body bulk and stamina.
If he arrives from China with a NBA-ready physique, mission accomplished, and it will be up to the coaching staff to further develop his vast potential.
If Mobley stays, and doesn't drastically change his offensive approach, I expect 17/11/2 blks.
If Mobley is replaced by a complementary scorer at the 2, I think more like 15/11/2 just from lack of shots.
Which, by the way, would still make him the 2nd most productive C in the ENTIRE League!!!
The only thing stopping Yao from reaching elite, MVP level is a body that needs to catch up to the talent.

I screwed the stats up: I meant 17-18 ppg w/o Mobley and 15 with him.
