Will Harden be suspended for kick?

The "kick" looked like a nothing play to me to be honest. Seemed like Harden was just pushing Lebron off of him rather going for his nuts or anything.

 

Harden deserves commendation for overthrowing the king... Instead people won't shut up about a nonkick and a lebron flop.

 

He shouldn't be but if he is whatever. He deserves a day off.

 

That tells the league we won't be pushed around anymore.

That was a man-sized game.

 

A push off to the groin does not show anyone anything, much less manliness IMO. While I believe Harden was basically going "Get the hell off me!", I doubt others will see it like that.

 

It was exactly what Suh did to Matt Schaub and we all screamed that he should've been ejected and suspended. No, it wasn't that bad but it was a kick. I wouldn't be surprised to hear he gets a game or 2 and I wouldn't be surprised if he's just fined. There will be some sort of punishment, though, and it has nothing to do with the fact that it happened against LeBron James. It will be because James Harden, in a tough moment, briefly lost his mind and did something stupid.

 

He didn't even do it on purpose he was knocked to the ground his face on the floor, didnt look directly at him, extend his leg and kick.. it's a flagrant 1 foul that's all it is

 

Lebron's overreaction was priceless.

 

If Harden gets suspended for this then Ariza should get suspended for standing up to karate-chop Mozgov and Lebron should get suspended for ... many things in that game.

 

It looked like he pulled the kick and Lebron played it up. If the league gives him a game off though, it's no biggie.

 

Could be worst like a Criminal charge, might end up settled with Harden paying child's support to LeBron

It was absolutely nothing like the Sub kick, other than the landings both hitting in the groin.

 

If he gets suspended for Atlanta then I would expect to see a 20+ point loss. Would be fine with it honestly as long as everyone's minutes are held in check with Memphis on a B2B

 

I'll be there too! Hopefully we bring more effort than we did last time against Atlanta...that was awful.

 

If the league decides to suspend Harden, then so be it. Let the rest of the players step up for him and show him they're behind him. I would disagree with the suspension as a biased Rockets' fan, but let it be what the league decides.

 

He should be fined but not suspended. James threw him down to the floor and instigated things.

 

The way mike & mike asked the question this morning was not whether he should be suspended, only a matter of how many games (1).

In response to the missed free throws, they're all saying it was just a bad shooting day, not choking. Except j. A. Adande, who maintains Lebrun was still the best player on the floor yesterday. Cowherd- regular season game doesn't matter, & just watch, the rockets will get bounced in the playoffs within 6 minutes mostly because Howard smiles too much & morey engages in Twitter account battles.

I think Harden should be suspended for 1 game. I think it was pretty clearly intentional.

Lebron should have been ejected, though.
