Man that whole Batman spotlight thing would be wicked cool!!!!! Every home game a big red Rockets logo in the night sky coming from the DT arena to be seen from all over town. Just thinking about that....it would be pretty awesome and orginal!

They have a spotlight in Pittsburgh for the Penguins, it is projected from the top of a nearby building down onto the roof of the arena.

That would be pretty funny...shine it into the sky after a victory (it would probably not be dark enough to do before a game).

Maybe, in continuing with the rocket/space theme, a deal could be worked out with NASA to jack up the Hubble telescope to project the image onto Earth. Then the whole city/state/country/China/world (depending on Les's mood) could be bathed in the logo. I am sure that would be easy enough to pull off.

I like the white logo 1000X better than the red logo.

I like the boldness of these signs & billboards... with no explaination except the logo... makes people thinking & guessing what it is... good job Tim!

I do like the Batman spotlight, though I can see it probably won't work most of the time. In general, though, I think we need to embrace the gothic nature of the logo and unis. We need a good gothic nickname for the logo. Replace Clutch the Bear with Clutch the Vampire. The Chron can come up with silly blood-sucking themes for the headlines after wins. People will pin it on us if we don't embrace it first.

I like the new logo in this layout. The colors are better and more dramatic.

Hey, the clown suits are gone, I'm happy!
