this is 685455757555th prove, that nba/life is all about luck. Injuries, health issues can happen any day anytime. There is about billions different ways, how history can occur. we cant make predictions about who is going to win championship, because we are not smart enough to make such a huge calculations. Everything that happens is pure luck, so lets celebrate that rockets is top3 team in the west
This. Like seriously cmon. This is definitely more than basketball and some ppl should stop worrying about the Rockets for once. Especially since they're not gona do anything in the playoffs anyways
I'm sorry, but pulmonary emboli in a young and extremely mobile professional athlete I am 100x more likely to chalk up to exogenous steroid use than I am to a pre-existing condition (i.e. familial thrombophilia). It's just epidemiology, folks
Not a lot of science backing this up. Plenty of speculation though. I'd be more inclined to be on board with your line of thinking if Bosh was a power lifter or body builder. Some of you folks have jumped on the PED train without understanding what you're talking about.
he wouldn't have got it here in Houston Houston food is healthier. Greasy ribbed eye steak is healthier than whatever he eats in Miami
I don't think it's disgusting to say we dodged a bullet, that's just realistic. It's okay to feel bad for Bosh but still be glad we didn't get saddled with his contract.
Hakeem had em in his leg I think one year....something like Pflebitis or somesuch. You can recover - here is to hoping Bosh gets all the way back. DD
i guess we should say politically correct statement like: Too bad we don't get Bosh or we can prevent the blood clot from happening, or too bad we don't get Bosh or we could have taken care of his illness here in Houston.
This also makes me wonder... Had Riley known that Bosh would be out for the remainder of this season and possibly more, would he have made that offer for Dragic? Were they our main competitors?
I think we still would have been better than Miami is without him. We lost Dwight for a while, and we're still able to win games with the players we have suiting up.
Nothing matters more than The Houston Rockets…Ball is Life. https://instagram.com/p/JlZuu-w0SN/?modal=true
He said "hope the best for him" first. So how is that the only response? It's a good thing for our season we didn't get him, that's a fact. This is a basketball forum.
