I've had, heard and read enough. Let Hakeem go. The guy obviously doesn't want to be here. I hope we don't see the guy again until the Rockets retire his jersey in the new arena. I appreciate everything he has done for the team but obviously he has become bitter and selfish in his latter years and is only looking out for himself. I hope he gets his wish and the team he goes to loses in the first round. I hope all of his weaknesses are exposed on a team that hoping for too much out of him. At least the Rockets don't expect much from him and that's exactly what they've been getting. I've said it before, it's always bothered me that Hakeem hasn't been sitting on the bench during his stint on IR to show support for a team that clearly needs it at home. Thanks for your years, Hakeem...now go. Old School ------------------ I voted YES!
Gee, how completely original. ------------------ "Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning how to put food on their family while being put to death."

My bad...didn't see the similar post title. No other #34 finished their career here...why did we ever think Hakeem would be the first? Old School [This message has been edited by Old School (edited January 20, 2001).]
