Yeah, got ya. He probably won't get more than Parker unless he absolutely blows up the rest of the season/playoffs. Like you said, there are limited amount of teams with cap room. However, I think someone will definitely give him a contract in the 4-5M range if he doesn't disappear from now on.

I think KJ is going to the enjoy the left hand side of the floor even more now that he is with us, dude can flat shoot when he doesn't have a defender in his face from the left.

KJ McDaniels is gonna be a major disappointment for many of you with high hopes. He's good in the fast break and that's about it. Terrible jumpshot and flashy dunks basically. He gets alot of blocks but if you watch games of him, he actively messes up defensively so he can set those blocks up.

Well I have seen a different kJ than u have then, the kid will be a good nba shooter and can defend like crazy for a rookie (even tho he isn't the traditional 19yo rookie).

Dude is a worse shooter than Rubio.

He is exactly what we needed to take the pressure off Harden..

Running and Gunning takes a lot off pressure of Harden to create in the half court. Yeah, I'm a little ticked off that we weren't able to snag a true creator (that isn't aging) but I believe that is what we are trying to return to. I believe we are relying on athletic and versatile defenders to attack defensively and open on the break.

We will be the best in the league at it.

I admit I haven't paid a ton of attention to him before now, but now that I'm looking critically, he is very much a square shouldered, strong, straight ahead guy from what I see - he is much more of a 3 type, than a 2.

The first thing I thought of and was hoping for was that they could develop him into a Ron Harper type player, but I don't think he has the type of wiggle or fluidity to be that kind of ball handler or one-on-one guy.

He looks like more of a "run you over/run past you" type of guy than a fluid, "wiggle the shoulders and make you go the wrong way" type. Even the dunk highlights and blocks all scream "raw power" more than fluidity or gracefulness.

He looks like he's always going to be much more of a finisher than a guy who can create anything even with a ton of development. I just don't see anything that makes me think of upside as a dynamic offensive guy. If he plays, Harden's passing should help him fill up the highlight reel a bunch.

He is obviously a great team defender with the blocks and steals. Anybody care to comment about his man-on-man, one-on-one D? Is he going to get up in his man's face and make him work?

Reminds me a lot of Andre Iguodala in terms of athleticism and looks. The 76ers jersey played a part as well. Obviously Iggy was a lot more talented but I see a lot of potential and similarities.
