It's likely that Morey was not willing to offer a competitive trade package. Maybe, just maybe there are some concerns about Howard's health and he is holding onto these assets to shore up the front court this summer.
Forget being 3rd/4th right now. Dwight is out. There's no way we are #3 or #4 by the time he gets back failing a move to bring in some reinforcements.
I said this in another thread........if we don't get a 2nd ball handler, then we are crossing our fingers for Harden to be Jordan 2.0. Nothing less will get us a championship.

That is deceiving. There really isnt much of a difference between 3 and 6 in the West. Blazers have improved and we were no better than them. OKC, with their players back healthy is going to make the playoff..... and they are clearly better than Rockets. Its looking like another 1st round exit.
Morey hasn't really been Morey since hinkie moved to Philadelphia. I guess hinkie was the real mastermind behind Morey....
That's why we added, josh smith and Corey brewer. Also howard returns. Dmo is better this year and then t jones coming back slowly. We obviously need another playmaker but were ally better then last year and we can still win games.
