Would love for Rox to do a 3 way where principals are Rox get Knight, Bucks get Lawson, Denver gets assets.
Agreed - if we know one thing about Dwight its that he continues to view himself as a marquee player in the league. That's not going to change in a couple of years...
I believe we get Ty Lawson or Reggie Jackson.... Everyone focused on Dragic and we Get Lawson for TJones/PAPA/Shved NO Pick We try our hand on a PF/C in the draft... and wait for the summer of Durant.
Is Brandon Knight available? I would love him here but I thought it would be unlikely the Bucks would give up a solid young player who fits in well with their young SG & SF.
Let's be real...KPap, Shved, TJones, Johnson, Canaan, and Capela won't be in the playoff rotation unless someone gets injured. That being said ALL of them are trade bait. I don't want Dragic for two reasons: 1.) He might be a rental 2.) If we miraculously re-sign him, we have ZERO chance to get Durant due to cap. I would love Lawson because I think he's better than Dragic and has more years on his contract so we would still have most of this team back for next season.
The key is you want to compete this year (knowing Dwight might not even play or get to 100% and the West is just insane, literally every team could win or lose in the first round) but also have a chance to get KD in 2016.
It's slower in here tonight than it was last night. Anyone find it weird we're not hearing any specific trade scenarios involving any potential Goran suitors? No names are being thrown out and the deadline is tomorrow at 2.
Although most ppl on here probably think KD to H-Town is a cyberx pipe dream...you must realize that the Thunder basically have this year and next to win a championship, or Westbrook AND Durant will split. HOU and KD's hometown WSH are the only two legit contenders to sign him. Rockets must be in position to at least try.
That team could probably blow out teams in the first half. Second half of games would be trash time. Duh.
Technically we could max Dragic and could still sign Durant to max (or close to it) but only if Dwight opted out and took less and we got rid of everyone but Harden Dmo Howard and Nick Johnson. That means trading Ariza and finding 9 guys on minimum contracts. It's not desirable, but it is possible. Deight could also opt out and decide to sign elsewhere and that wouldnt surprise me at all.

There is so much detail in this article that it smells of an agent leak. Still trying to force their way to LA or NY by scaring everyone else off.
