The Broncos website has live coverage of the press conferences at the combine. Kubiak just talked and, of course, McClain asked the first question.

Bill O'Brien's press conference is scheduled for Thursday at 10:30. Rick Smith is supposed to talk 15 minutes later. We won't hear anything much from them. It'll be we will do what's best for the football team, blah, blah, blah.

Larry Fitzgerald is in the process of restructuring his contract to finish his career in Arizona. Is cap figure was set to be 23 million and is now set to be around 8 million. Anyone think Dre could do the same now that Fitzgerald restructured

Was thinking about the same thing today. It would be great if he could retire a Texan, but after seeing the possible contract turmoil of the last off season, I'm not sure if Dre himself is willing to reconstruct. From that point, things get tricky.

That's not exactly news though, is it? We've been hearing that rumor for awhile now.

I’ve spoken with a number of people since the Senior Bowl who have openly said there is serious concern over Jadeveon Clowney’s future. A variety of opinions have come from numerous sources, including those close to the Texans. I’ve heard everything from don’t expect much from Clowney in 2015 to the belief he may struggle to ever regain full health from the microfracture surgery. The reasoning for the latter is Clowney underwent the procedure at an early age.

Easy to second guess and criticize now but...

Schaub had thrown for 9000 yards combined in 2009 and 10. Was on a pace to throw for another 4000 yards in 2011. Was consistently posting a qb rating over 95 and was a hell of a lot cheaper than Manning. Unfortunately Schaub's lis franc injury and his mysterious dead arm in 2013 make Kubiaks decision looks really poor.

Really wasn't that tough of a decision. Manning is an all time great and Schaub was a system qb and had 2 or three good years. When the doctors cleared Peyton to play in 2012 Uncle Bob should have been the first person at Peyton's doorstep.

Peyton was coming off as very serious injury and surgery. There was a ton of doubt from virtually everybody whether he could be effective again. Doctors clearing him to play doesn't mean jack squat. Schaub was cleared to play after the lisfranc. Cushing was cleared to play after his injuries in 2012 and 2013. It doesn't mean those injuries didn't take their toll and affect their play.

Yes, in hindsight we should've pursued Manning. But don't rewrite history and pretend that it was an easy decision at the time. It wasn't.

Seriously, we've been through the Schaub/Manning stuff a million times over here. Can we stop now?

    I think it's time we all collectively...as a bbs....MOVE ON......

So true. I'd rather discuss how david carr was the wrong decision at #1 spot.

Anyone else getting more and more concerned about our current #1 pick? The more I think about the situation, the more I realize the likely reality that he could possibly not even live up to the basic expectations of him, no less the expectations of a number 1 pick. The situation sucks. I didn't really wan't us to draft him, but we did anyways so I just had to accept that. I at least wanted him to be solid player that could contribute for our team for years to come, yet it seems more and more likely that won't happen. Just like how Browns fans wonder if their team drafted Beckham and Bridgewater, I wonder how dangerous this team would be if we drafted Mack and Bridgewater? Oh well, it is what it is smh.

It's almost like you completely, totally, 100% missed ima's point.
