    Correct me if I'm wrong. If Dragic REALLY wants to play for Houston, can't he just leak that he'll be only interested in re-signing with the Houston Rockets? Won't that scare off the bottom level teams?

    People say stuff like this all the time, but for most players they don't actually have some ultra strong preference to only play for one team. Dragic will be happy to play for whoever gives him the max.

    It is very rare for a player to say he is only interested in one or two teams, and normally they are the superstars of superstars when they pull that card because everyone dumps all over them for it, including people in the NBA.
