    That is BIG news. I must check who is Gay's agents. Because obviously this is an agent play. ...Cousins tried to downplay his resistance to karl yesterday but here we are with the behind the scenes power plays.

    Gay refuses - Karl is hired- Cousins demands to leave in the future.

    If they get it. Have to add Randle for sure because Suns and Boston can offer more and I am sure they will be all over it. Cousins is under contract for three more years so he doesn't have as much leverage in choosing the destination.

    This is great news for the FA market. Means LA NY will be interested there and reluctant to offer max elsewhere. (Dragic Knight Monroe)

    His agents have bad history with Karl.. He also has the habit of throwing his players under the bus in public and won't end well.
    The insistence of the owner to give the go ahead to the GM is one more proof of the idiocity of the FO.
