Let's reflect for just a minute: 1) We lost Asik, Lin, and Parsons from last years team. 2) We have played most of the season without TJ, thus far. 3) We have had D12 playing hurt, possibly very seriously hurt, most of the season. Yes, I'm more than ok with our record. I'm very happy with where we are...and DM still has some time to add more parts to the team. Enjoy the journey.
I was not questioning anything other than your monikor. You can complain about the team, players, coaches and management all you want. It's your right. I was just curious if you meant to be 'cutchboycam'.
add the fact we haven't had a fully healthy Dwight all season and new players added midseason... McHale is doing a much better job than most of yall here give him credit for
I like McHale. Everyone is screaming about adjusting, but a winning team knows how to force opponents to play their kind of basketball. And we are doing just that. We dont have elite squad, but we got hustle and our own theory and we keep banging it even if sometimes it doesnt work. McHale keeps it in proffesional manner. If a player made a mistake, it doesnt mean he will make the same one again in a minute. That's my two cents
Budenholzer hasn't done it consistently but he definitely rested much of his lineup earlier in their streak. I think it is a valid question to ask as it was obvious even last year with Parsons' dead legs.
What more do you want from Mchale? We didn't have D. Howard last night, Harden sucked, and Ariza didn't do any better, but regardless, we won. Mchale is the reason why we won. I'm sure he noticed just as we noticed that T. Jones was not doing too well, and that we needed Dmo back in. Yea, Mchale could have put his in his heavy hitters in earlier, but it's not always about winning with a huge point differential. Some fans need to understand that GOOD COACHES use every game in the regular season as a teaching point. I am sure Mchale was Confident, even thought the Celtics were surging back, that Rockets wold pull out with the victory. He allowed the guys on the court some time to fix the problem themselves, and eventually threw in the starters when they NEEDED to come back. Mchale is a smart coach, who kept his cool, and lead his team to victory. Also, the Rockets, as of now, are 3rd in the west. Our next few gamess before the All-star break are favorable opponents, but Memphis has a much tougher schedule going into the All-star break ( OKC(×2); SUNS; Hawks) So, there is a solid chance that Mchale could lead the Rockets to the # 2 seed in the west. So I ask the haters... What more do you want from Mchale?
My point was he rest his guys. We dont . they win championships. We don't. If those old guys can have that much energy by the end of the year imagine what we could do. K thanks
this season Boston averages 101.4, Houston's opponents average 99.0. so if you told me that, I would wonder what the heck you were talking about.
