there are lots of games going under and by a huge margin in the last 2 weeks, I think the injuries are catching up with lots of teams. Mavs failed to score 100 pts in 5 of last 7 games and Rondo is a mess for their offense. Even the OVER king Raptors in the early season are in a bad funk now. look for under to be a major play if you like total.

They have like ROI, % chance to win, consensus picks, and things like that, but I'm wondering if it's data is actually helpful or if it just looks pretty but isn't actually that analytically sound.

I like a bet tonight with the light schedule. Bulls score over 102 points. Over the last 2 weeks, the bull played the toughest schedule in the league and they just got a great win over GSW couple days ago. This is the weakest opponents they played for a while and I really believe they will run up the score early and fast and then rest their starters. The good thing is their bench can score and can score a bunch against the bad Lakers D. I think the team score over 102 pts is a better bet than the side and total.
For the early game, also like a prop bet on Lawson. 3 pt FG over 1, -115 in all the games in Jan. Lawson played 13 games and in 9 of them, he score at least 1 3P FG. 1 is a good number to take a chance at -115.
